Job description

• defining production processes and managing technological processes used in the production of parts (plastic injection) and assembly units
• processing, maintenance, records and change management of process documentation in the company’s systems
• creation and change management of PPAP documentation
• continuous improvement of production processes according to the Kaizen method,
• assessment of improvement and technical proposals within the company,
• implementation of procedures ensuring the maintenance and improvement of production quality and production volume while respecting the condition of production economy,
• management of processes for solving quality problems in production processes
• designing and ensuring the implementation of new technologies and procedures, production automation, application of Lean and TQM methods,
• regularly participating in internal trainings focused mainly on the company’s quality system and work safety,
• as necessary, participating in negotiations with representatives of other companies inside and outside the company, business trips are an integral part of the job description,
• paying attention to your personal development and participating in trainings in accordance with the Annual Employee Training Plan
• analyzing and reporting on customer requirements
• cooperation with other departments in tests of new forms or new production
• cooperation on the introduction and transfer of new projects to series production
• being responsible for the budget of projects within their competences
• being responsible for achieving process efficiency

Employee requirements

• Applicants with education are suitable for the position
  • university II. degree
• Education
  • technical orientation
• Language skills
  • English language – Advanced (C1)
  • Slovak language – An advantage
• Driving licence
  • Required
•  Personal prerequisites and skills
  • Experience with process engineering
  • Min. 5 years experience in serial automotive production, preferably production of plastic parts as a process engineer
  • Knowledge of PFMEA, DFMEA, 8D, Ishikawa/5 ways, PPAP documentation,
  • Knowledge of IATF requirements
  • Active knowledge of AJ, NJ is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
