Job description

• Leading and managing the launch of new projects and overseeing compliance with deadlines and budgets for individual projects
• Handing over new projects and processes to production
• Focus on process improvement (design, proposals and implementation)
• Managing the creation of technical specifications, project proposals and their implementation
• Management of the design of automated workplaces
• Management of process engineers
• Problem solving
• Communication with suppliers and other departments (quality, production, logistics)
• Setting KPI targets for the assigned department
• Regular reporting to the company management

• Education in the field
  • technical focus
• Language skills
  • English language – Advanced (C1)
  • Slovak language – An advantage
• Driving licence
  • Required
•  Personal prerequisites and skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar automotive manufacturing plant
  • management Technical position, production of plastic moldings
  • Basic knowledge of production process optimization and 8D report
  • Experience with managing people is a requirement, at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of automotive requirements such as APQP, PPAP, Run at Rate
  • Knowledge of MS Office at the advanced level
  • Knowledge of the English language – advanced
  • Knowledge of the quality management system according to the IATF standard
  • Knowledge of production organization
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to solve problems constructively
  • Good work organization, team player, proactive approach
